hey! im rachel :) yes, i am a 19 year old actress working hard to make me dream a reality. i currently live in orange county, but you could call LA my second home. haha im constantly driving out there and i love it!! i graduated from el dorado high school in 2008, where i did theater all 4 years and musical theater my senior year. i actually recieved 2 theater scholarships when i graduated. theater and acting is where most of my time and attention was and still is spent. i dont see myself doing anything else. :) i've always been fascinated with the entertainment industry, especially the film and television making process. i've been working professionally in the business for a little over a year. i started as a background actor, working with central casting and sande alessi casting. my first job was working on the Jonas Brothers 3-d movie and i've been hooked ever since. i am literally addicted to being on set and working in front of the camera. since then, i can be seen on Disney shows such as JONAS and Sonny with a Chance, as well as The Secret Life of the American Teenager and a number of other shows. along with acting, i also have started modeling for Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure Park. :) and if that wasnt enough, i also have a lot of dance training. i danced for a little over 10 years and competed in tap and some hip-hop. i also trained in jazz and some lyrical. and along with all this, i love to sing! i am constantly singing. it was kind of a recently found talent. i never really sang in front of people until i joined musical theater my senior year of high school. there, i eventually got over my fear and gained a lot more confidence with singing. i still am working on my voice and control and all that fun stuff and trying to get over feeling so nervous when singing in front of a crowd. haha :) so all in all, i am a performer and i love to entertain. it truly is my passion. at the moment, i am in the process of finding a new, good agent to help me take the next step in my career. i am AFTRA eligible... just have to cough up the money to join haha :p i work hard and would love to work with anyone and everyone! :)
